September 26, 2017 - 10 am water shut off for unpaid water bills.

We have several phones that have been turned in here at City Hall.  If you have lost yours, please stop in and check to see if yours is here.

The Paws for a Great Cause is taking the place of the Blizzard of Blankets Drive.  The Paws drive begins September 6, 2017 and will run each day 9 am – 6:30 pm until Friday, September 15, 2017.  Donations may be dropped off at 102 E McKinley Street, Maroa, IL, The Uptown Cafe, during business hours, or City Hall, during business hours or The Buttered Bun Bakery, during business hours.  The items will be transferred to Maroa Forsyth Grade School to be added to Billi’s project.  All donations collected will then be transferred to Bloomington Food Bank and sent to Texas to help with the animals/families affected by the flood.  Items needed are used/clean blankets, used/clean towels, food, treats, toys, bleach, cleaning supplies, etc.  Each and every donation is appreciated.  Please help if you are able.
